For three years from the date of sale, products from the product lines below which state that they come with a 3 year limited warranty are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser of the product.

Because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS - THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
WARANTY EXCLUSIONS - SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the small off-road engine owner, you are responsible for performance of the required maintenance listed in your owner’s manual. HEOMAITO recommends that you retain all receipts covering maintenance on your small off-road engine, but HEOMAITO's Equipment cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.
As the small off-road engine owner, you should however be aware that the HEOMAITO may deny you warranty coverage if your small off-road engine or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.
You are responsible for presenting your small off-road engine to HEOMAITO's service center as soon as the problem exists. The warranty repairs should be completed in a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 30 days.
