Warranty Exclusions

The HEOMAITO warranty excludes repairs or returns for the following reasons: Normal Wear and Tear, Installation Use or Maintenance Services, Cosmetic defects, Accessories, Failures caused by acts of God or Natural Disasters, or problems related to the use of aftermarket or non-OEM parts.

Owner's Responsibilities under the Warranty

As the owner of the inverter generator, it is your responsibility to adhere to the maintenance procedures specified in your owner's manual. HEOMAITO advises keeping all maintenance receipts for your inverter generator, although warranty coverage will not be denied solely due to the absence of receipts or failure to perform all scheduled maintenance.


However, please be aware that HEOMAITO reserves the right to reject warranty coverage if the generator or any part has failed due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.


In the event of an issue with your inverter generator, you must promptly present it to a HEOMAITO distribution center or service center. Warranty repairs will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
